With February being the month of love and Easter close around the corner, we thought we would do speckled egg gelato so you and your special someone can enjoy a tub of something delicious. we use the speckled eggs to infuse the milk before straining the bits of left over chocolate and jelly before adding that back in at the end.

Tiny batch gelato is an Italian concept of creating small batches of Gelato, daily to ensure the freshest and flavoursome products. It also helps that we LOVE making ice cream so it’s always made with love and good intentions. Some would say you can taste it in the product others would say its their favourite form of apology.
